If you are sending an email with a question please
start your subject with the name of the product (e.g. Wildlife
Recorder). We employ strong SPAM filters to remove the many SPAM
messages we receive each day, unfortunately, genuine messages can
also be removed sometimes. Whilst we do from time to time scan the
list of filtered SPAM it is very easy to miss genuine messages which do
not have a clear title. Supplying a clear title with the name
of the product for which you require assistance will maximize the chances
of your message getting through.
If you do not receive a reply to a message it will be
because we have not received it, or possibly we have replied and you have
not received our reply. If you do not get a reply please try
